Pastors Prep Days will begin on Thursday evening with registration beginning at 3:00 and dinner at 5:30 p.m. in the Lodge. Please note that due to this being a time when ALL pastors are expected to be in attendance, you may need to share your room with another pastor. Therefore, spouses will not be allowed to attend unless you are a new district licensee or ordinand applicant, in which case you MUST bring your spouse to meet with the credentials board, or if your spouse is also in the program for license or ordination. There is no cost to you for this event! If you want to bring your spouse who is not eligible under the district paid plan, you may contact us to arrange a room for you at the Holiday Inn Express at a reduced rate of $75 per night. DO NOT show your personal credit card at Holiday Inn for any reason. They will send the bill to us.
Please call Marsha at the District Office at 863-531-0181 or 863-227-0304 or email at email@example.com, by March 7. If staying overnight in the Inn or Lodge you will need to bring your own bedding, soap and towels. Marsha will let you know where you will be staying when you contact her.
