With the exception of the APR, which you must enter online, all reports MUST be mailed, emailed or delivered to the District Secretary no later than Pastor’s Prep on March 13th. All documents need to be signed, either manually, or typed into the signature line provided on the form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not mail any reports to the District Office (Marsha Taylor or Dr. Wilson) or to Dr. Mark Donnelly; I must process them all. I cannot go to the post office to redeem certified or registered mail, so please verify the correct address and send by regular mail.

Annual Pastor’s Report
The Annual Pastor’s Report is to be completed online at http://apr.nazarene.org, as follows:
1. Go to http://apr.nazarene.org.
2. Click the “Login” button on the right side of the page.
3. Login using your Nazarene Account. If you have yet to create an account, click “Sign Up” on the left side of the page.
4. On the screen that follows, you’ll be able to begin filling in the Annual Pastor’s Report.
