On September 28, 2022, Fort Myers experienced a devastating Category 5 hurricane that continues to leave many individuals and families in dire need of assistance. In spite of having over $2M in damages, Anthem Church – Fort Myers has been blessed to open its doors to 23 disaster relief foundations and more than 1,200 disaster relief volunteers who have lived at Anthem and have cleaned more than 500 homes. These organizations, churches and individuals who make up the Disaster Relief Foundation have a commitment to the preparation, relief and rebuilding initiatives for communities impacted by devastating effects of natural disasters.
To raise funds and awareness for the victims of this calamity and the responders who have served them, we are bringing together for the first time, renowned Christian music artists “Mercy Me” and “Matthew West.” Also present will be city and state officials and a compassionate audience in hopes to create an unforgettable event that will make a significant impact on our affected community on this one-year anniversary of Hurricane Ian.
Premier Productions announced Hurricane Ian benefit concert with MercyMe and Matthew West tickets were to go on sale Friday July 28.
Tickets may be purchased at Ticketmaster and checkout the Disaster Relief Benefit website.
This special benefit concert will be held at Hertz Arena in Estero, FL on Thursday, September 21st at 7:00 PM. Tickets for this event purchased before September 4th are exempt from sales tax.
