The requirements contained in the Nazarene Manual for pastors to pursue a pattern of lifelong learning, and in an attempt to offer a solution for the need for Continuing Education Units, a new district committee was convened to address the issue. Since sections 536.15 and 527.6 of the Manual state that Nazarene ministers are expected to complete at least 20 hours of lifelong learning each year, the committee’s goal is to assist our district pastors in meeting this expectation.
