Trauma-Informed Ministry: Preaching Care in Our Churches and Communities
Preachers’ Conference 2026: Trauma-Informed Ministry—Preaching Care in Our Churches and Communities

Join pastors, chaplains, ministry leaders, and students for the 2026 Preachers’ Conference hosted by Nazarene Theological Seminary and NTS Praxis. This year’s conference explores Trauma-Informed Ministry: Preaching Care in Our Churches and Communities, equipping leaders to proclaim the hope of Christ while wisely caring for people whose lives have been shaped by trauma.
Whether serving in the local church, chaplaincy, counseling, or community ministry, today’s leaders encounter individuals carrying grief, abuse, violence, loss, disaster, and other traumatic experiences. This conference will provide biblical, theological, and practical tools to help preachers and ministry leaders communicate the gospel with compassion, wisdom, and hope while fostering healthier churches and communities.
Participants will experience inspiring keynote speakers, practical workshops, meaningful worship, and opportunities to network with fellow ministry leaders who share a passion for faithful preaching and Christ-centered care.
