Lake Placid Camp and Conference Center
Come and join us at the annual district women’s retreat in the beautiful Lake Placid Camp and Conference Center in the heart of the Southern Florida District. With the theme of “Rest, Renew, Return to Serve,” this retreat provides the perfect opportunity for women to take a break from their busy daily routines and recharge themselves mentally and spiritually. You can look forward to Spirit-led times of worship, fun-filled fellowship, and unhurried retreat time spent with God.
The registration fee is $160, which covers two nights in a comfortable dormitory setting, five delicious meals, and bedding & towels. Early birds will get a discount of $25 if they register by February 5th.

For those unable to stay for two nights, we invite you to join us for a single night for a nominal fee of $85, which includes three meals throughout your stay. Early birds can grab the chance to register for a single night at a discounted price of $70 if they register by February 5th.
We encourage you to pack according to the itinerary, which includes formal attire for one evening, casual clothes, mosquito repellent, games, an open mind and heart, and most importantly, your Bible, journal, and pen. You can prepare and assist by praying for the retreat through the weeks in advance.
Retreat Guest Speakers
The retreat guest speakers include Dr. Lynn Lease, Founder of Jesus Sisterhood and author of a faith-based blog and books. She is also the Small Group Ministry Leader and adult Sunday school teacher at Venice Church of the Nazarene.
Julia Sanna is a dual-licensed therapist in Florida specializing in couples’ work, stress, and anxiety disorders.
Maria Fernanda and her husband have planted several Nazarene churches. Maria will share her experiences and lessons learned as they lead Cambios Church of the Nazarene in Miami and a new church plant in Pompano Beach.
We also have the pleasure of announcing our worship leader, Rebecca Lum. With a degree in music, Rebecca is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has served in various pastoral roles, including co-pastor, worship pastor, ladies’ ministry director, and more.
